Whether buying, selling, or leasing with Mallory Realty,
we will provide you with an honest, unembellished view of the market and

Leasing
In addition to tenant representation, Mallory
Realty has a substantial inventory of suburban office and flex-space to
meet your business needs. Mostly located in Dunbar along the I-64 corridor,
5-7 minutes west of Charleston, our properties are particularly attractive
for sales/service/distribution businesses seeking reasonable rents, a
relaxed suburban environment close to the population center of the Kanawha
Valley, and convenient interstate access.
Development - Commercial
Can't find the property you need? We'll build it!
The 1970's witnessed the completion of the I-64 corridor and the beginning
of western migration of families and businesses out of Charleston proper.
Our companies took the lead in meeting this need with spec and build to
suit offices and flex-space. Let our knowledge and experience go to work
for you and your company.
Development - Residential
We have dev eloped everything from the Valley's
first mobile home park subdivision (1965) to Charleston's premier downtown
apartment complex (1985), as well as housing subdivisions in St. Albans,
South Charleston, and Charleston. We have anticipated the need for and
often led in creating a new market. Talk to us about your potential land
development.
Re-Adaptive Use
Often opportunity (or necessity) has presented
itself in the form of re-adaptive use. Some examples include the conversion
of a multi-building department store into office and business college
space; the conversion of the former South Charleston Recreation Center
(circa 1935) into 23 apartments; conversion of obsolete and abandoned
buildings in Dunbar into attractive and productive flex-space.
Have a "white elephant" or looking at one?
Let our imagination and experience work for you. |
